Passmore has over 35 years of experience in private and public corporate growth strategy and successful acquisition and divestiture initiatives with dozens of buy and sell transactions. She has a proven track record of creating action plans that drive value to the bottom line. She is an innovative, entrepreneurial leader, serving as a trusted advisor able to effectively communicate the organization’s story to key internal and external stakeholders including prospective acquirers and sellers. Passmore’s intuitive nature has evolved into a unique talent for creating a vision for success and foreseeing future barriers to growth. She is a community builder and continuous learner who loves challenges, delivers on commitments, and most importantly, walks the talk. Passmore held leadership roles spanning business advisory for middle-market private companies and C Suite for Fortune 1000 public companies and middle-market private companies.  Passmore specializes in Technology, SaaS, Manufacturing, Distribution and Construction Industries.

Honors and Certifications

Passmore is a CPA, attended the Stanford University Executive Program, and is a Certified Mergers & Acquisitions Advisor. She is a member of the American Mergers & Acquisitions Advisors, Renaissance Executive Forums, and Vistage in North Texas.

Passmore is also an award-winning Arabian horse breeder and competes with her horses Raseedah (known affectionately as Diesel) and Dinar in Dressage and Ranch Riding.  She also loves her dogs, Gucci, Bella, Nick, and Sam.  She enjoys music, art, hiking/trail riding, and loves to travel with her family to explore new places.
